Hello, and welcome to Zabaily Media! I’m Rocheforte Parker, the owner of this site. Zabaily is where thousands of people a year come for accurate and informative answers to all their tech related questions.
I’ve spent over a decade in technology, from a technician to pursuing my engineering degree in computer science. Tech has always been something that fascinates me from childhood days and has always sparked my curiosity. That’s why I spent years acquiring practical knowledge in this field of study. However, I know the struggles and difficulties you go through troubleshooting when tech products fail. It’s usually not a fun task when something suddenly breaks and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
